Shipping Policy – Pure White Lumé®

At Pure White Lumé®, we make every effort to ensure that your order reaches you quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Below you will find the details of our shipping policy.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed on business days (Mon–Fri) are processed within 1–2 business days from the payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Methods

We offer delivery within Poland and selected EU countries:

  • Poland: courier or InPost parcel locker
  • European Union: international courier delivery

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Poland: 1–3 business days from dispatch
  • EU: 3–7 business days from dispatch

Note: Delivery times may be extended during peak periods (e.g., holidays, sales) or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

The shipping cost is displayed in the cart before checkout. Occasionally, we offer free shipping above a certain order value – according to the current promotion.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number allowing you to monitor the delivery status in real time.

Incorrect Address Details

Please provide accurate delivery details. Pure White Lumé® is not responsible for delays or undelivered orders caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Damages and Delivery Issues

If your package arrives damaged or a product is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. Send an email to info@purewhitelume.com including photos of the damage and your order number. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
